So we received our tickets to Fenway in the mail today. But we bought VIP, I thought you picked those tickets up at will call and then you get your VIP lanyard and gift, and details there??

CID will send you an email with the details of where the VIP will be held at about a week before the show. You will take the tickets you just got with you and go to the location the email tells you to go to the VIP.
just go to vip line and you will check in their and receive your VIP gift and laminate then you go through the gate with your ticket you don't need to go to willcall

ok...so we just go to will call and ask? or we get emailed info before the show that tells us what to do and where to go?

You used to pick your VIP tickets up at the VIP checkin but they changed that awhile ago. Now you get your seat ticket however you chose to and you just need the ID for the person whose name the tickets were bought under to checkin with CID - the people that run Luke's VIP and you'll get your lanyard and gift then.
