if the headache doesn't pass or lessen in a day or so perhaps u should see a doctor..I use heat and ice and drink lots of water and sometimes caffeine but I have had migraines since a teen.

Go in and lie down with an ice pack on your head. That may help. Have Luke's music on low and relax.
