It sucks that I’m a member of the Luke app and the Nut House but I can’t buy presage tickets @ 8 in the morning, because I didn’t buy both online at the same time. I’m officially not an All Access member even though I have subscriptions to both. Uggghhh 😩

@The Nut House will take care of you. I was so frustrated bc second year it was messed up and they were super helpful and kind. And...I got my VIP PIT tix the next day at 8 AM!!!

thanks @The Nut House my app is up for renewal in April and Nuthouse not until Sept. so good to know I can renew the app and email you to keep my All Access status... :)

good luck. I've tried 3 presaled now and only had luck with 1, the other 2 I had to do VIP to get decent Tix..

I just emailed as well. I actually paid for 2 memberships on the same account to make sure they were linked months ago ....even said on auto renew I would be double charged guess it's time to sort that out
